Bridging the Gap is a mobility project aimed at sustainable development funded by the European Commission programme Erasmus Mundus External Cooperation Windows - Lot 12 implemented by EU’s Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) in Bruxelles. The educational and training activities involve a consortium of seven European universities, twelve Asian universities and three associate networks coordinated by the University of Trento, Italy, with a total mobility of 298 individuals between Asia and Europe. The EU funds provide undergraduate (bachelor), graduate (master) and doctoral students, but also postdoctoral researchers and academic staff members with: Mobility scholarships (from 1000 to 2500 euro/months) and Air tickets to perform study and research activity at one of the partnered universities. Tuition and insurance fees are also covered by the programme.
NO More Calls are open under this programme although mobility will take place till 2013. |
